Celebrating our 33rd year, Tender Shepherd provides a wholesome Christian pre-school education and environment in which the children become aware that they are a precious children of God. Each child will be helped to grow in developmentally appropriate ways, guided by staff certified in early childhood development

Tender Shepherd enjoys a fine reputation on the Island. Many say we're the best preschool there is! Our classes are always full--with a waiting list!--so if you're interested in registering your child, don't delay! Members of The Lutheran Church of Guam are given priority and tuition discounts.
