Bill Pavesic and Charles Hardy serve as LCG's called Lay Pastors. Educated and commissioned for pastoral ministry, these two laymen assist at worship, including preaching, and support the pastor in various ways. During vacancies, our lay pastors have the primary responsibility for all congregational life and ministry.  Bill hails from Illinois and currently teaches computers to elementary students at St. John's Episcopal School.  Bill is married to Ila and they have three grown sons.  Chuck grew up in Wisconsin and teaches band at Simon Sanchez High School.   He is married to Ona and they have three children, two yet at home.

Ann Taijeron ably serves LCG as our Office Manager, working each weekday 8am to 1pm. A Guam native, Ann is the friendly face visitors to our busy office encounter, as she prepares bulletins, pays bills, maintains our data base and handles a myriad of other tasks. If you have a question at LCG, ask Ann!

Fidel Sales serves as LCG's maintenace man, working 12.5 hours per week, doing everything from replacing light bulbs to keeping our aircons functioning well. From the Philippines, Fidel has lived on Guam for many years and works full time, as well, for the Department of Health in Mangilao.  He was recently cited as Employee of the Year out of all of GovGuam's hundreds of employees.  Fidel is the man-to-see if something needs to be fixed.  Fidel is married and has three grown children.

Conor Bohannon and his son,  Brendan, spend each Saturday morning at LCG, as well as occasional visits during the week, tending to the various needs of our staff and facility, working as our IT (Information Technology) staffpersons.  In this age of developing technologies, what a blessing it is to have such capable people tending to our computers and other systems!  While they are only paid for 5 hours per week, Conor and Brendan--along with other family members: Terry (Conor's wife) and Aidan (another son)--end up helping far beyond the call of duty.  Conor comes from Oregon and is a student, currently, at the Pacific Islands Bible College.  Brendan is also a student, taking classes at PIBC.
